Peppers Beach House is located on the beautiful Avalon Beach which provides BBQs, toilets, picnic areas and a safe swimming beach. It also provides fantastic beach fishing along the beaches or jetty fishing at the Dawesville cut. Golfing is available at the renowned "The Cut Golf Course".

A shopping facility (Miami Plaza) is located on Old Coast road at the end of Yeedong Road and just a few minutes drive from Pepper Street. It provides a full range of shopping including take-away venues and a Woolworths store.

Falcon Bay Beach Café is well know for fish and chips or a coffee by the sea. It is a 15 minute stroll along the beach from Peppers Beach House.
